The Trilogy House is an impressive modern villa with three wings, capturing the views in all directions. The entrance of the house boasts an impressive double-height entrance area, leading to a panoramic entertainment area with three separate areas: a central lounge, a dining room on one side, and a TV room on the other side. The oversized sliding windows allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.



Details

Access to the Trilogy House is via an impressive entrance: a two -storey -high portico that frames a double-height, oversized pivot door , surrounded by a symmetrical array of large surface windows. Using the stairs or lift - one on each side of the house - you reach the upper floor with an out -of -the -ordinary master suite that takes up the whole central wing. From this super-panoramic suite , you enjoy a spectacular view of the pool as well as the sea.

On the west side, the spacious open -plan lounge connects to a dining area and a semi-open kitchen. The dining room is positioned next to a water feature and offers amazing views over this feature, the pool and the sea. The kitchen island features a “breakfast” bar for 5, a cosy corner that also can be used as an informal bar. The kitchen is semi-open, allowing for contact with the guests. The strategic location of the kitchen captures the sunset and makes it a great spot for an outdoor kitchen. Offering convenience just a few steps away from the outdoor sitting  reas and the pool. The east wing hosts a generous ground floor suite of over 440 ft² (±40m²). The suite has panoramic sliding doors and a spacious bathroom with a free- standing bath tub, twin showers, separate toilet and of course a well sized wardrobe area.

Construction

The house is constructed with high class materials and the best design available in the market.

This allows relatively thin walls compared to walls with similar insulation qualities but with commonly used insulation materials. Given a sturdy aerated concrete wall on the inside, the look and feel are that of a concrete house, but with much better insulation and constructional qualities. Together with a reinforced concrete basement and foundation, the house is designed to last almost without maintenance.
